**Instructions for Registration & Payment:
  1. Click on "Registration Form" button on this webpage and submit your completed registration form to us.
  2. We will send you an email with Registration Number within 3 days after we receive your registration form.
  3. After you receive your Registration Number, click on "Payment" button on this webpage and enter your Registration Number to make your payment by credit card.
  4. Please Note: The NCCC (National Credit Card Center of R.O.C.) payment gateway for online credit card transaction, in most cases, requires that you enter your 3D Secure PIN/Code for security reason. For more information about 3D Secure PIN/Code, please contact your credit card bank.

**Please note:

  1. For early-bird registration fees, please pay before 00:00, April 1st, 2017, Taipei Time (GMT +8).
  2. In order for a paper to be included in the Proceedings and the Technical Program, at least one full registration fee (Regular, CIRP Member or Student) per accepted paper must be paid by April 15th, 2017.
  3. All papers in the technical program will be presented orally. If a registrant does not show up to present his/her paper, the paper may not be published. 
  4. Full registration fees (Regular, CIRP Member or Student) include the publication of your accepted paper, technical program of the conference (conference package, opening ceremony, keynote & track sessions), social activities (welcome reception, banquet, lunches) and plant tour.
  5. Accompanying person's registration fee includes opening ceremony, welcome reception, banquet and plant tour.
  6. All fees must be paid in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD). The EUR to NTD exchange rate used here is 1:35.


**Cancellation Policy

  1. If a registrant is unable to attend the event for any reason he/she may substitute, by arrangement with the organiser, someone else from the same organisation or one of the co-authors from the accepted paper.
  2. Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
  3. Registrations cancelled by March 31st, 2017 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees. Registrations cancelled after March 31st, 2017 will not be eligible for a refund.
  4. If a registrant does not show up to present his/her paper, the paper may not be published. No registration fees will be refunded.
  5. In cases where a visa application fails, the paper may be published provided that the author notifies the organiser with proof of refused (denied) visa application. No registration fees will be refunded. Important note for failed visa applications: Notification must be received by the organiser in writing (email or fax) no later than April 30th, 2017. Notification received after this cut-off date may not be eligible for paper publication.


**Refunds will be made in the following way:

For payments received by credit cards, the same credit card will be refunded.
